4/25/10 - Sunday Morning Service- "The Famous One" - Mark 1:27-45 - Tom Hallman
"You are the Lord, the Famous One..Famous One, Great is your name in all the earth" This is the chorus of a song composed by Christian Artist, Chris Tomlin. In this portion of scripture, we see that Jesus is becoming famous because of the miracles and healing he has done for the people. However, instead of basking in this fame, he still draws away to spend time in prayer with the Father. What a perfect example that Jesus sets on the importance of prayer and setting aside time for what is truly important! In this message, Pastor Tom continues his study in the Book of Mark and shows us how we too, should always make time for what is truly important!
